- FEATURES - This medium duty door closer controls the traffic in and out of your space and automatically closes the door after every opening. This door closer is intended for mid sized doors with moderate traffic.
- COMPATIBILITY - Closer body hole pattern 3/4" x 9-1/16". Intended for exterior doors up to 30” and 125lbs. and interior doors up to 38” and 125 lbs.
- SPECIFICATIONS - This closer has a 3-hour UL fire rating and can mount either top jamb, standard or parallel positions. It features a 180-degree opening range and has adjustable closing and latching.
- INSTALLATION - Compatible with most commercial doors, and can be utilized in standard, top jamb and parallel mounting applications. Installation instructions and all mounting hardware are included.
